Payrolling is governed in Switzerland under the name “Service lease contract”. However, the principle is the same.
This is a tripartite contract between the consultant, the company requiring the service and the payroll company.
Each party will sign a contract namely:
1. The consultant signs an employment contract with the payroll company. This contract can be of fixed or indefinite duration depending on the mission.
– The mission will define the work to be provided by the consultant for the company, the duration of the engagement and the overall remuneration of the consultant
2. The company signs a mandate contract with the payroll company. This contract defines the mission to be accomplished, the identity of the consultant and the total remuneration paid by the company.
3. The payroll company receives fees payment for the services performed and calculates the corresponding salary to pay to the consultant.
